Individual Session

The cost of a one hour individual or couples session is R1,645. A large portion of this amount may be claimed back from your medical aid upon application for prescribed minimum benefits (PMBs) for your diagnosis. We may also claim for the session from your medical savings account if you prefer. Francisco, my practice manager, submits the claim on your behalf. Non-medical aid payments and copayments may be settled via cash, card, or electronic funds transfer.

DBT Group Session

Individual Session

The cost of a two-hour group DBT session works out to R625. Please check with your medical aid if you would like to use your prescribed minimum benefits (PMBs) for the DBT course. Some medical aids do cover this whilst others reject the claim. We may also claim for the course per session from your medical savings account if you prefer. Francisco, my practice manager, submits the claim on your behalf. Non-medical aid payments and copayments may be settled via cash, card, or electronic funds transfer.

Psychometric Reports & Session Summaries

Comprehensive psychometric tests are charged two times the standard individual rate and depends on how long the assessment takes to administer, score, interpret, and write.

Session Summaries are charged at standard individual session rates and depend on how long the summary takes to compile, analyse, and summarise.

These are charged at my standard individual rates excluding travel and preparation costs. A preparation cost depends on whether the topic requires developing material from scratch or whether I already have the material to present.
